Mad March Racing will hold an exclusive pre-race clinic on Saturday, August 7 as part of the Sub-9 Super D festivities! This clinic is designed specifically to maximize racers performance and will cover core techniques for effective braking, high speed cornering and line selection as well as mental preparation and race strategy. Participants will have exclusive access to the race course and event shuttle bus.
Clinic participants will meet at the main mountain bike parking lot near the North Gate entrance at 8:30 a.m. and will begin with a skills assessment while also covering the basic fundamentals of mountain biking. Participants will then take a shuttle to Hesitation Point and begin their first trip down the Super D course, stopping periodically to apply new skills. If time allows, clinic participants will get one additional trip down the course before the clinic ends and course opens for practice.
